CANADA · VISITOR VISA (TRV)

Your Canadian trip starts with one visa.

A Canadian visitor visa is a file, not a form. The online application, the biometrics appointment, the financial trail, the ties to home, the travel plan. We build all of it, book what needs booking, and stay with the application until the decision lands.

One approval, years of travel

Your Canadian visa can unlock years, not days.

A Canadian visitor visa and the stay you’re given at the border are two different things, and confusing them is the most common planning mistake we see. The visa is permission to travel to Canada and ask to enter; the officer at the port of entry decides how long you may remain on that visit. Plan the trip around the second, not the first and keep every document consistent with what you’ll tell that officer.

One approval, many journeys

A multiple-entry visa means you’re not reapplying every time you cross: the same approval carries the winter trip, the summer visit to family and the conference in between. For anyone who travels to Canada more than occasionally, that’s the difference between one application and several.

Business and leisure in one visa

The visitor category covers meetings, conferences, trade shows and site visits alongside the holiday half of the trip. What it doesn’t cover is taking up a job with a Canadian employer, and that line matters we make sure your invitation and cover letter describe activities that sit inside the category rather than beside it.

A visa that opens other doors

A Canadian visa is not a US one: it doesn’t let you enter or transit the United States. Where it does help is history documented, clean previous travel is among the strongest things you can bring to any later application. If you need both countries on one trip, we run the two applications side by side rather than one after the other.

We’re with you from departure to arrival

From London to Toronto we handle everything in between.

Our office is in London. Your biometrics appointment is at a visa application centre in the UK. Your flight lands in Toronto. Between those three points sit a form, a fee, an appointment and a stack of documents that has to tell one consistent story. That stretch is ours.

Flight time London → Toronto: about 8 hours. Time you’ll spend on your visa paperwork with us: about 20 minutes.

Summer

The full country is accessible: the Rockies, Banff and Jasper, the Maritimes, and the northern road trips that are closed the rest of the year. Warm across the south, long days everywhere, and the highest prices of the year.

Reader favourite
September–October

Autumn

Maple colour through Ontario, Quebec and the eastern provinces, crisp clear air, and the summer crowds gone. Arguably the best-value window of the year for a first visit.

Snow & northern lights
November–March

Winter

Skiing in Whistler and the Rockies, ice hotels in Quebec, and some of the most reliable aurora viewing anywhere. Genuinely cold inland this is a season to plan properly for, not to improvise.

Quiet · thawing
April–May

Spring

The shoulder. Cities are pleasant and cheap, the waterfalls are at full flow, but higher-altitude trails and some northern routes are still closed. Best for a city-led trip rather than a mountain one.

Biometrics slots, not the paperwork, are usually the bottleneck and they tighten sharply before the summer. Start three to four months ahead if you are travelling between June and August, and don’t book non-refundable flights until the visa is issued.

Questions about Canada

Things people always ask.

Do I need a visa to visit Canada?

It depends on your passport. Travellers from visa-exempt countries can usually apply for an eTA instead, which is a much lighter online process. If your passport isn’t on that list, you’ll need a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), and that’s who this service is built for. We confirm which route applies to you before anything is paid.

How long does a Canadian TRV take to process?

Our own side takes 7–15 working days: your IRCC application, cover letter, itinerary and full document pack, prepared and ready to submit. The timeline after that belongs to IRCC and varies by visa office and season we check the current published processing time for your case before you pay us anything.

How long is a Canadian visitor visa valid for?

A TRV is frequently issued as a multiple-entry visa, and where that happens it can be valid for up to 10 years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first. Validity is decided by the visa officer, and how long you may stay on each individual visit is decided separately, at the border.

Do I need to give biometrics?

Most TRV applicants do, at a visa application centre. We book the appointment at your nearest centre and brief you on exactly what to bring, so it’s a short, predictable visit rather than a source of delay.

Can I work in Canada on a visitor visa?

No a visitor visa does not permit you to work for a Canadian employer. If your trip is genuinely about work, it’s a different application, and we’ll tell you so rather than filing the wrong one.

What does a Canadian visa cost?

Government fees are paid directly to IRCC and we confirm the exact current figure for your case before you start. Our service fees are separate and depend on the package you choose from £99 for documentation only to £299 for the full service.

Can my family apply together?

Yes. Family and group applications are handled together, with a single case manager, coordinated appointment slots and one consolidated fee.

What happens if my application is incomplete or incorrect?

Incomplete applications and inconsistent supporting documents are a leading cause of delay or refusal. This is exactly what our document review and preparation service is designed to prevent, checked against current requirements before anything is submitted.
